When the Group acquires personal information, it will clearly specify the purpose of use and obtain such information only to the extent necessary. Furthermore, the Group will not use the information or outsource its handling beyond the scope of the agreed purpose of use or the requirements based on laws and regulations.

4.ESTABLISHMENT AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(1)The Group will take reasonable security measures to prevent risks such as leakage, loss, or damage of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Information Leakage Risks”) by allocating management resources appropriate to the actual circumstances of its business and continuously enhancing its personal information security system. In the event that Information Leakage Risks occur or are likely to occur, the Group will promptly take corrective measures.

(2)The Group will establish rules and systems to ensure the proper handling of personal information, build and implement a personal information protection management system, and continuously improve these initiatives.



5.HANDLING INQUIRIES AND COMPLAINTS REGARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Group has established a contact point for complaints and inquiries regarding personal information (as listed at the end of this document) and will respond promptly and sincerely to such matters. In addition, with respect to personal information subject to disclosure, we will accept requests from the individual concerned for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and suspension of provision to third parties, and will respond in a reasonable manner.
